Why licensing?

Licensing allows to calculate fair, real and value based prices by considering the individual needs for application per client. While the timely cost of design work can be seen as ‘material cost’ in order to create work, licensing allows to evaluate the real value for the client and the designer.

It’s an essential tool for safeguarding innovation while fostering its widespread impact and appreciation across various industries.

Design Fee?

This is the number calculated for estimating the cost of the commissioned design service(s).

Exclusivity?

Almost all of our designs are ‘Exclusive’ to our clients. ‘Multiple’ only applies if designs can be used other than for a specific client application.

Scope?

The scope defines your intended geographic range of the commissioned design work.

Duration?

The duration of the agreement is about how long you intend to use the commissioned design.

Exceeding Applications?

We know how it is… Life changes, and our goals or targets change too! This section is for all unknown turns a project can take in future.
