The dea kaker shop design was developed by CTP – Conversation Taking Place, an independent design studio based in Berlin. The project involved building a bold, modular e-commerce identity for artist and designer Dea Kaker, known for her playful forms and expressive use of color.
The shop was designed to mirror Dea’s sculptural language—sharp yet soft, fluid yet defined. Our visual system focused on accessibility, joy, and rhythm. The dea kaker shop design combines expressive layouts with structured typographic logic.
Each product page was treated as a stage. Color fields, typography, and visual hierarchy adapt to different types of objects—from small jewelry to larger sculptural pieces. The structure allows the artist’s work to remain central, while providing a consistent and intuitive user experience.
We built a toolkit of graphic elements that echo Dea’s material gestures. The interface is responsive and playful, while maintaining clarity. Hover interactions and image sequencing were kept minimal to support the tactility of her work.
The e-commerce system was also designed to be sustainable and scalable, offering flexibility as the shop grows. Every element—from color palette to product filters—was shaped in dialogue with the artist’s visual world.
At CTP, we design digital platforms that reflect the personality and rhythm of creative work. If you’re looking for a visual identity for an online shop, we offer a collaborative process rooted in material sensitivity and communication design.
As an independent design studio in Berlin, we help artists and designers translate physical presence into intuitive online spaces.
