The Loser Wins title design for BEA1991 is a unique and innovative project by CTP – Conversation Taking Place, created for the music video Loser Wins. This experimental title design merges analog typographic craftsmanship with modern CGI effects produced by Thomas Spieler, resulting in a striking and conceptually rich visual identity.
The Loser Wins BEA1991 Title Design combines traditional analog typography methods—such as hand-drawn lettering and manual print techniques—with advanced digital CGI technology. The title design creates a dynamic interplay between tactile textures and precise, computer-generated visuals. This fusion offers a fresh perspective on typographic expression, where imperfection and digital refinement coexist.
Designed for use across multiple platforms, the title design adapts seamlessly to the music video, promotional graphics, digital campaigns, and exhibition materials. Its modular and scalable design system maintains consistent branding while allowing flexibility for various contexts.
The project reflects close collaboration between CTP, BEA1991, and CGI artist Thomas Spieler. Their shared vision enabled an innovative blend of analog craft and digital effects, producing a bold and experimental visual language that enhances the music and its narrative.
At CTP, we specialize in projects combining traditional typography with modern digital tools. We foster experimentation and push visual boundaries to deliver unique and engaging identities for media, music, and cultural projects.
