The MYLASHER.earth Visual Identity was created for Leipzig’s new ceramic studio. Developed by CTP – Conversation Taking Place, this modular identity system is rooted in self-production, experimentation, and a balance between play and structure.
The project aimed to reflect the hands-on nature of MYLASHER.earth’s practice. Based on a flexible 5-column DIN A4 grid, the visual system allows the studio to generate its own print and digital material—flyers, posters, zines, and more.
Designed for fluidity, the MYLASHER.earth Visual Identity invites reuse and improvisation. Modules shift to match different formats, while keeping a coherent aesthetic thread.
Color, typography and layout were approached as materials themselves. The system balances rigid grids with expressive gestures—echoing the ceramic process. Nothing is over-polished, yet everything fits.
It’s an identity made to evolve. It mirrors the unpredictability of clay, while giving the studio control over how it communicates.
At its core, the MYLASHER.earth Visual Identity is a set of adaptable tools. The studio can design and produce its own materials without external help.
This autonomy shapes not just the outcome, but the method. It empowers the studio to build identity through making—responsive to time, space, and context.
Whether for an exhibition, open studio, or casual event, the system scales to match the tone.
If you're looking for a modular visual identity that adapts to your process—not the other way around—CTP works closely with artists, makers, and independent spaces.
We create systems that are meant to be used, not just seen. Our approach centers rhythm, clarity, and adaptability.

For MYLASHER.earth we went on a journey exploring graphic design and the creation of a visual identity for an artists atelier on various levels from self creation, playfulness, materiality, chaos, order and elements of surprise.
As we view and think identities more as an attitude than a formal concept, we developed a simple 5-column layout based on DIN A formats to explore various use cases and quickly adapt to the diverse needs of self-production based on few rules.
Just as much as the artist herself is able to create various outputs and services surrounding her profession, the identity adapts to the notion of ‘one-source’ being able to shape shift or rediscover itself in ways to suit the situation.
