The HGB Programm Calendar serves as an evolving archive that presents a broad range of material sourced from the Academy of Fine Arts Leipzig. Developed by CTP – Conversation Taking Place, this calendar reflects the diverse creative output of the Academy’s students, capturing their work collectively over time.
Published bimonthly, the calendar measures 154 mm by 468 mm and has a print run of 7,500 copies. The design incorporates the ‘Pantasia’ typeface by Wei Huang, offering a modern and elegant typographic foundation. The project was designed in collaboration with Jasper O. Eisenecker, ensuring a cohesive visual language that matches the Academy’s dynamic spirit.
The HGB Programm Calendar functions not only as a timekeeping tool but also as a platform that showcases the evolving creative practices of the students. By acting as an archive, it highlights the breadth and diversity of artistic approaches within the Academy.
At CTP, we specialize in publication designs that balance aesthetic appeal with functional purpose. The HGB Programm Calendar is an example of how design can celebrate community and creativity through thoughtful presentation.
